For clients resident in the United Kingdom, these terms shall be governed by English law, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts, except where EU regulations provide otherwise.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with appropriate notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination, you remain liable for all fees and charges incurred up to the date of termination. We may terminate your access to our services immediately if you breach these terms or engage in any unlawful or inappropriate conduct.

Following termination, we will continue to hold your personal information in accordance with our data retention policy and regulatory requirements. Certain provisions of these terms, including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law, shall survive termination.
